 All information must be completed.  Entries received without complete information will not be accepted. Entries received after the sign-up deadline will not be accepted.   Verbal sign-ups to Coach Jon or Patty Anderson will not be accepted.  All sign-ups must go through the above referenced email account.  Parents without access to email need to contact Patty Anderson.

 Requests to swim a particular event will be considered, however the final decision on the events a swimmer will swim is that of the coaching staff.

 Once the email is received, parents are responsible for all meet fees.  If a swimmer has signed up for a meet and is not able attend, an email must be received at the is tascmeetentry@hotmail.com account prior to the deadline to sign-up.  If received by the sign-up deadline parents will not be responsible for the meet.  If notification is not received until after the sign-up deadline, parents are responsible for the meet entry fees.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
