• Meet Fees: Athletes will be sent an invoice detailing their meet fees for an upcoming meet once coaches submit the meet entries. Payment of meet fees is due upon receipt. All meet fees must be paid one week prior to the meet or the athlete will not be allowed to compete in the meet or to register for another meet until the previous fees are collected

• Returned Check Fee: A $25 fee will be assessed on all checks returned from the bank for insufficient funds. Athletes with recurrent returned check will be required to pay sessions either in cash or through money orders.

• Scholarships: Scholarships are available to athletes in financial need and in cases of extreme hardships. Written requests should be sent to the Board of Directors.
